Do I need to go to every stop for Aisle Hopping?
Not at all. Your wristband gives you access to all 12 stops throughout the day — go to as many or as few as you like, in any order. Most couples hit 5–8 stops.
Is the Wedding Show really free for couples?
Yes — General Admission is always free for engaged couples and anyone in the wedding planning process. VIP tickets are $45 per couple and include early access, champagne, and a planning kit.
How do I become an Aisle Hopping stop?
Any NorCal wedding vendor can apply to host a stop — venues, photographers, florists, caterers, and more. Applications open 4 months before each event. You must be listed on Aisle Theory.
How often do these events happen?
The Wedding Show is an annual flagship event each fall. Aisle Hopping runs twice a year — spring and fall — across different NorCal regions each time.
Can I bring people who aren't engaged?
Absolutely. Bring your partner, your mom, your maid of honor, your whole crew. Everyone is welcome — the more the merrier at every stop.
Will the AI planner be at both events?
Yes — the Aisle Theory AI Planning Lounge is a dedicated space at the Wedding Show. At Aisle Hopping, the AI planner is accessible via the app at every stop with stop-specific recommendations.
